Cubs

The Cub Scout Pack has up to 36 boys & girls and is split into smaller groups called Sixes. Cubs take part in a wide range of activities designed to be interesting and challenging. You will get a chance to try lots of different activities like swimming, music, exploring, computing and collecting. If you do them properly you will get a badge which you can wear on your uniform.

A Cub Scout meeting consists of games and activities with plenty of time spent outdoors. Cub Scouts also get to go on trips and days out, to places like the zoo, firestation or a farm.

Camps and holidays are some of the most memorable events of the year for Cubs. Cubs are invited to our private campsite at the Wrekin. It is a ‘greenfield’ campsite, so no electricity or home comforts. This will mean you sleeping in a tent and doing loads of fun outdoor activities.

As part of a Sea Scout Group the Cubs also do a range of water activities, including basic sailing & rowing tuition from the Group’s trained instructors.

The Pack meets at Killock every Tuesday evening. For more information about the Cub Pack please fill out the contact us form.
